1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HabSar's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

HabSar offers consulting, implementation and development services related to HubSpot and digital solutions for businesses. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • HubSpot implementation and configuration
  • Custom integrations
  • Data migrations
  • Training and coaching
  • Web development
  • Ongoing technical support

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the services in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Transmit harmful or malicious material
  • Interfere with the normal operation of our services

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos and materials present on our website and services are the property of HabSar or their respective owners. Reproduction, distribution or use without prior written authorization is not permitted.

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided by our clients during the provision of services. This obligation remains in effect even after the business relationship has ended.

6. Payments and Billing

Specific payment terms will be established in each service proposal or contract. Payments must be made according to the agreed deadlines. Failure to make payments may result in the suspension of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

HabSar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid for services in the last 12 months.

8. Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, although we strive to maintain the highest quality standards.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the business relationship with prior written notice. In the event of a breach of these terms, HabSar reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
